Clean Crawls Pest Solutions, a leader in rodent control and prevention in the PNW, has continued to experience steady growth and are currently seeking Residential and Commercial Pest Prevention Specialists to join our team. Our company offers a combination of Professional Pest Prevention Programs along with attic and crawl space restoration. We work with many Residential and Commercial accounts located from Chehalis to the Canadian border and the Olympic Peninsula. We are seeking honest and hardworking individuals for our animal technician positions. We need someone with the ability to lead and manage a team and wants the opportunity to advance their career into a leadership role.

  • Post-secondary education
  • Previous customer service experience

What You’ll Be Doing and Compensation

  • Work week is Tuesday through Saturday with some company paid overnight travel possible (1-3 days a month)
  • Perform animal inspections and treatments for our customers in both residential and commercial environments
  • Communicate the benefits of our services with prospective customers and follow up
  • Arriving on time to route destinations
  • Guaranteed pay (DOE) with production bonuses (up to 24% whichever is greater) and 10% commission on all paid sales

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • WA State Pest Control License preferred, or must be able to obtain
  • Candidates must be customer focused, self-motivated, possess effective time-management skills and interact professionally with our customers and have a willingness to assist in our growth as a company
  • Perform animal inspections and treatments for our customers in both residential and commercial environments
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, listening skills and the ability to communicate well
  • Stable work history
  • Ability to learn concepts and animal exclusion industry related technical information
  • Previous service or technician experience required
  • Ability and willingness to work variable hours and locations as required by our customer base
  • Interact professionally with our customers
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Good driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
